Eggs that are collected daily are stored in room temperature containers ready to ship. They are not kept at the Ranch for more than 24 hours. They arrive at your home as fresh as can be.
The USDA does not recommend consuming chicken eggs raw. They do contain and can transmit Salmonila bacteria which can be deadly.
Always wash your fresh eggs with soap and water, and store them in the refrigerator.
